Briney Glimmer Rental Policies
(aka Rental Terms and Conditions)
PAYMENT must be made by one week prior to the first day of your booking. If booking is is made within that week, payment must be made immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made up to one week of check-in will be refunded 100% — less the 3% credit card processing fee of the original payment. Cancellations made within one week of check-in will be refunded 50% – less the 3% credit card processing fee.
NO SMOKING! This is a non-smoking property.
CHILDREN must be supervised at all times and not left alone in the house.
PETS: Well behaved dogs are allowed, provided they are never left alone in the house at any time. Guests must clean up after dogs, including hair, sand, pee, etc. Guests are responsible for any damages. (Please note: There are no fenced outdoor spaces on the property. And, technically, dogs are NOT allowed off leash on the beach.)
If you are bringing a dog or dogs, please let us know beforehand.
Access to the beach, beach steps, and the decks and walkways adjacent to the house are at your own risk. These areas are not maintained for safety and may present fall and trip hazards. Access to the beach involves walking over natural rock and tree roots with no railing or safety mechanisms and should be accessed with caution.
Rental rates includes the cost of a standard “cleaning fee” which covers normal clean up after a rental including floors and surfaces, bathrooms, bedding, etc. If guests leave any unusual messes, spills, stains, etc. requiring additional cleaning time, we reserve the right to pass the cost of clean up on to you.
